Missing BioLite refunds, chased until the money lands

Tell us what happened, hand over what you have, and we write to BioLite and chase the reply until it is resolved.

• Disputed BioLite charges, taken up for you — done when the charge was reversed or credited.
• Unpaid BioLite rebates, chased for you — done when the rebate paid out.

What we'll need from you

• the order or booking reference
• the amount you are owed
• the date you paid, or were told the refund was coming (helpful, not required)
• what you already tried, and what they told you (helpful, not required)
